Examine how the Registrar’s Office at Aspen University utilizes an annual departmental audit to advance continuous improvement initiatives. Topics addressed include how department audit standards were created, formation of audit schedule, continuous improvement initiatives, and how to fit initiatives into the goals of the university. This presentation will also address the impact that the audit has made on the Registrar’s Office both in terms of departmental efficiency and morale for staff.
