Description
USF's early implementation of the Persistence Committee and the case management model has been credited with meeting original goals as well as continued improvement. The Persistence Committee aggressively addresses first year retention by intervening with at-risk freshmen so that over 90 percent return to the University for their sophomore year. Six years later, USF strives to improve on its metrics every year as its student success model supports more students to achieve their goals.
