Description
The pandemic challenged my role as a Registrar, asking new qualities of me as a leader. It questioned my image as a professional. Who was I now without the context of my on-campus wardrobe and office? Was I less? Was I different? Could I still lead effectively from my living room? Who was this new woman on the screen trying to overcome distance, separation and isolation? Like everyone else, working from home offered me the opportunity to find new aspects of myself and my professional role.
