Description
The proportion of adults with a college credential has decreased and the equity gap in college completion is expanding. Given this policy context, there is interest in the transfer function and what contributing factors influence pathway efficiency. Student transfer and the transfer function have been a focus as a key component to improve the mobility and pathway efficiency towards completing a bachelor’s degree.
