Do you identify as a woman? Do you know women at work? Many women face common obstacles in their professional lives. This presentation features four mid-career women leaders who will discuss their leadership journeys in higher education. Discussion will include navigating impostor syndrome, emotional labor, and bias, developing executive presence, and advocating for yourself and others. All interested in supporting career growth and leadership development for women are encouraged to attend.
