Category
Session
Description
It is important for our respective units to be responsive and supportive as new ideas are presented. The disciplines of a learning organization – systems thinking, personal mastery, mental models, building shared visions, and team learning – allow an environment where all members of the organization feel like they play an integral role in their work. The session will focus on the concept of a learning organization and provide examples as to how these can be infused within your office culture.
