What is negotiation and how do you use it in your professional life? Are you doing it well and how important is it to negotiate well? How can you improve upon these skills? We’ll take a dive into the idea of “Policy U" vs. Negotiation U.” Are there certain times to stray from established policy? What are the impacts? How do our decisions help or hurt the reputation and credibility of our office? Come to this lively session to discover, discuss and debrief. This is not a negotiation.
