Description
SEM is an educational and management framework that supports enrollment and student success. This full-day pre-conference workshop examines core concepts and the process for developing and sustaining SEM. The Institute will focus on environmental scanning, data analysis, recruitment, admissions, retention and student success, as well as the challenge of conducting enrollment management during these changing times. Material will be of value to colleagues from all institutional types who may be starting SEM and/or seeking to revitalize their SEM efforts.
This year's workshop will be taught in online module format across the day, emphasizing engagement among participants. Attending as an institutional team allows interaction in a focused, retreat-style activity. Those engaging as individuals will be grouped with peers from other institutions to discuss the most critical issues in enrollment planning, institutional health and student success.
