Description
As colleges and universities, we are devoted to the learning, growth and development of our students, but are we truly learning organizations? Applying theory to real-life practice, we will discuss what it means to be a learning organization, examine where our units have been successful, and identify areas of focus for the future. The goal of this session is to ensure attendees leave with evidence-supported ideas on how to foster or further learning in our units and organizations.
