One of the keys to successfully recruiting students to your institution, is having current students being actively involved in the recruiting process. Providing students with the proper training and tools to be effective customer service professionals is an on-going challenge. This session will discuss different techniques and methods that can be used to enhance training of student workers within the admissions and visitor center offices.
