Latinx Administrators in Higher Education: Experiences, Identity and Success
Category
Panel
Description
As Latinx, we are often challenged to maintain our ethnic identities while leading our team or department; and often, we find ourselves to be the only ones in the room. This often unacknowledged experience proves to be an opportunity to give voice, empower and support one another across schools. Panelists will tell their "AACRAO" story by sharing strategies to manage the experience and identity of Latinx Administrators in Higher Education through self-authorship, support and community.
