The LGBTQIA+ AACRAO Caucus advocates to promote awareness for critical LGBTQIA+ issues by seeking to protect the rights and needs of its constituency within AACRAO and across Higher Education. In addition the LGBTQIA+ Caucus supports the mission of AACRAO and provides a support mechanism for the other AACRAO caucuses by developing, promoting and sustaining cultures of inclusion.
