First Learning Outcome: The attendees will learn how the Latinx Caucus develops, promotes and sustain a culture of inclusion. 

Second Learning Outcome: The attendees will learn how AACRAO supports the caucus, and how Latinx professionals can support each other.

Third Learning Outcome: The attendees will learn about session development to encourage more Latinos to present sessions that impact our population, but is universal across higher education.
