Description
Are you plagued by "the disease to please" and take on more work than you should? Do you find yourself agreeing to new projects, and later realizing you are now the go-to person for all aspects of that work? How can you feel inspired if you’re always so tired? This session will address job creep and how to more cautiously engage in “other duties as assigned” by using boundary setting, negotiating and developing a plan for project sharing.
