Description
Spaces are critical resources whose use should support institutional mission and goals. They are also limited resources in high demand (at least at certain times and days of the week). To use our space wisely, optimize investments, and promote transparency and efficiency, some are choosing to use one system for classroom and events management across campus. Panelists will share decision-making processes around sharing or not sharing a platform, as well as successes and challenges in implementation.
