Category
Session
Description
Keeping up with the pace of change is a challenge we all face these days! Projects can take on a life of their own and take far too long to actually deliver value. At University of Phoenix, we are using agile, rapid design strategies, and "hackathons" to move the needle on change and innovation more quickly. We will share some of the strategies we’re using to help identify solutions and deliver value from projects more quickly within the Registrar’s Office and Office of Admissions & Evaluation.
