Description
BMCC approved the creation of a One Stop Enrollment Center in 2016 and is scheduled to open in Fall 2019. Construction delays, technology implementation, staffing changes, and more contributed to the 3 year planning phase of the unit. Attend this session to learn more about the planning stages, the challenges with change management, lessons learned from the process, and tips on how to navigate the consolidation and restructuring enrollment units in the spirit of creating quality service standards.
