Description
With an ever changing work climate including staffing, policies, procedures, and technology changes; we identified succession planning as one of our strategic goals, and began the planning and implementation process. We built a tool that easily identifies job responsibilities within each position, identifies both primary and secondary responsibilities, and prepares our office to continue daily operations in the event an unexpected tragedy occurs.
