Description
At Winona State University, we have a rather unique model of Integrated Academic Services we call the Warrior Hub. This launched in 2008 after considerable research and collaborative planning. Over the 11 years since launching, we have learned change and evolution is ongoing. This session will look at how our area has innovated in the areas of leadership, self-assessment and planning, and shared technology to address change management as a means to meet student and operational need in our area.
