HBCU were founded to provide Black students with a higher education and an opportunity to develop skills to advance in different industries. But what opportunities does an HBCU provide for a Black higher education professional and what are the expectations of such a professional in shaping the success of its students to become valuable members in a much larger and diverse society? This session will explore different perspectives to answer those questions.
