Experiences and considerations implementing chosen name, pronouns and gender within the SIS. How can we create a more inclusive environment and create success for our student by supporting their identity within our systems? We'll discuss how this played out at University of California Santa Cruz and Washington College. Consideration will be given to FERPA, uses cases for pronouns and forming partnerships with other offices on campus.
