When a university’s mission aims to seamlessly enroll, retain, and graduate students around the globe, staff must anticipate systems challenges and needs before they arise. This session provides guidance on needs analysis, advising, and technical support for campuses partnering globally to support degree progress. Topics covered include how/ whether to produce unified or nuanced grading policies, reporting, FERPA procedures, new student orientation, course equivalencies, degree conferment, etc.
