Institutions have to consider various timetables during the 365 day calendar year: financial aid year; fiscal year; and academic year. Each drives important deadlines and as registrars, the academic calendar governs how we conduct business. What if your institution wants to shake things up and change the academic calendar? Our panel will highlight a college that uses trimesters; a college that was on trimesters and moved to semesters; and a college that is on semesters and considering trimesters.
