Description
Financial aid offices increasingly rely on data, systems and policies overseen by student records offices. Ongoing and open communication and collaboration is necessary to ensure compliance, efficiencies and service to students. Examples to be discussed include non-traditional/alternative calendars, mini-sessions, impacts of grade changes from prior period/attendance appeals, course applicability to degrees, online classes (correspondence/standard), transfer credit impact on financial aid, and more.
