What is the one thing that every employee asks for and every office wishes they had more of? “Documentation”! In this session, two schools will share with you their journey in creating and maintaining a documentation resource library that is organized, accessible, secure and consistent across teams to ensure business continuity and cross training. We will have a panel of managers share the challenges and awards that came with supporting this mission.
