Description
We often hear the phrase “authentic leadership” and the reasons why we need to be an authentic leader. Let’s explore another perspective on authenticity by taking this premise a step farther and speak about leading with vulnerability. What does it mean? Is it "healthy" for your career. And, how do you do it?
I will share how I learned about practicing vulnerability, and how it has helped me navigate my career and examples of how I put it into practice.
