Description
Michigan State University's College of Osteopathic Medicine (MSUCOM) recently implemented a system to ensure the successful on-boarding of newly admitted students. Once admitted to MSUCOM, a Student Support Associate (SSA) serves as a concierge dedicated to supporting students throughout their career at MSUCOM. This session will provide an overview of the SSA role as well as provide a summary of yield activities that help facilitate student retention.
