Like many institutions, Montgomery County Community College was engaged in working to improve enrollment at the College while also increasing student success in an environment of declining enrollments. As part of the College's collaborative goal setting process with the Board of Trustees, a bold endeavor was contemplated -- could the College identify a set of short-term goals that would continue to move the institution toward improved student success outcomes while also helping to turn around these declines? Attend this session to learn how Montgomery County Community College set and implemented 5 short-term student success goals designed to also support increased enrollments and how the results turned out -- all the while identifying how you might approach the same to help your institution!
