Description
This interactive workshop begins by reviewing data management principles and core enrollment modeling concepts. This includes exploring key enrollment indicators that drive enrollment by various student types. The workshop then moves into the hands-on experience phase, where participants have the opportunity to manipulate data within various models. These models focus on: new student market share and enrollment; retention; and enrollment and revenue projections. Participants will leave the session with an understanding of sound data management principles, which are essential for building effective enrollment models, as well as how to use the various models, which may be further manipulated to fit their own institution’s enrollment goals and purposes. Each participant will receive a copy of the models (thumb drive).
