Description
In 2016, Arkansas Tech's marketing team took on designing the enrollment materials and brand awareness collateral for the university, all without giving up the regular plethora of t-shirts, brochures, and promo items. That move, created a capacity issue for ATU that has taken an across-campus collaborative approach to address. In this session, Carrie will discuss some of the tips Arkansas Tech uses to keep capacity in check. Through new ways of thinking, creative solutions, and a team spirit, the university is turning a capacity conversation into a opportunity to tackle strategic projects for the Division of Enrollment Management, all while improving customer service to the university.
