Description
Have you been tasked with leading a project, yet don't know where to begin? Successfully leading a project is necessary in our day-to-day interactions to ensure that our projects are completed on-time, within scope, and meet our expectations. A successful project plan provides an appropriate framework that all stakeholders can follow to ensure that necessary input is received and communicated and that key elements are identified. Project management can be learned, yet takes time, patience, and practice. Come and learn the basics of how to gather requirements, develop project scope, complete an implementation and communications timeline, identify the key stakeholders, and develop an overall and successful project plan. We will also discuss lessons learned and examples of successful projects implementation.
