Women working in higher education technology roles often find themselves in a predominantly male environment. Finding mentors to help guide your career path and navigate challenges unique to this work environment can seem like a daunting task. This session features three female leaders in technology positions who will share their mentoring experiences and the leadership lessons they learned along the way. This session will be followed by a roundtable discussion where participants can share stories, lessons learned, and discuss the unique environment of being a female in a male-dominated field.
