Description
University of Toronto's Enrolment Services receives applications from over 80,000 applicants to 6 different divisions and over 75 programs. Facing the loss of several core systems due to obsolescence, and support, the University of Toronto underwent a modernization of their admissions and recruitment processes to consolidate their systems in less than one year.
Several legacy systems (including an outdated CRM, a soon-to-be obsolete document management tool, as well as 20+ custom built admissions systems) were successfully migrated to a single cloud-based solution and processes were streamlined. In this session, we will share the ups-and-downs of how we managed the change, redesigned our business processes and worked with stakeholders from across the University.
