Why Isn't This Working? The Five Dysfunctions of a Team
Category
Universal > Session
Description
You’ve heard all the truisms about teams: “Individually we are one drop; together we are an ocean,” “None of us is as smart as all of us,” and others. Then why can working together seem so difficult sometimes? In this session we’ll look at work teams through the lens of Patrick Lencioni’s The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. Lencioni identifies types of dysfunctions: what they are, how they look, and ultimately gives models and tips to overcome these dysfunctions. Participants will work through exercises together to gain skills that they can take back to their own teams.
