Description
Our students are arriving on campus with different backgrounds, pathways, and expectations. They are increasingly low-income, first-generation, students of color, student parents, working adults, and more. Understandably, they expect us to meet them where they are.
As the pathways to and through college change, traditional institutional strategy and design are out of sync with the needs and aspirations of future students. Some institutions have found success by working together to de-risk the difficult and cumbersome process of redesigning their campus for the needs of tomorrow’s students. Join Bridget Burns as she continues the conversation from her plenary session on what our future students need us to change to help them succeed.
