Forming an Enrollment Operations Group: Bringing in campus partners to lower barriers

Enrollment barriers often exist across multiple offices, making collaboration essential for student success. This session explores how Radford University created an Enrollment Operations Group (EOG) that brings together admissions, financial aid, registrar, student affairs, IT and academic partners to identify and remove obstacles throughout the student lifecycle. Participants will gain practical strategies for building cross-campus teams, improving processes, and supporting enrollment growth.
