Beyond Graduation: Extending Strategic Enrollment Management to Include Post-Graduation Readiness and Career Outcomes

Students increasingly choose institutions based on workforce outcomes, return on investment, and career opportunity. This session explores how post-graduation readiness can be intentionally integrated into Strategic Enrollment Management without replacing traditional SEM models. Participants will review evidence-based outcomes, including persistence and perception data, examine an extended SEM framework, and identify practical strategies for implementation at their own institutions.
