From Unspent to Strategic: Transforming Scholarship Funds into Enrollment Growth

Since 2021, the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee has transformed scholarship administration to strategically deploy philanthropic funds in support of enrollment goals. By increasing utilization from 45% to 75% and total disbursements by 50%, UWM improved access and supported sustained enrollment growth.
