Institutions are under increasing pressure to finalize grades quickly while maintaining policy compliance and minimizing risk. Panelists will discuss operational challenges, policy enforcement, and tools that support grading outcomes and reporting. How to engage faculty and stakeholders that may not be motivated or fully aligned with the department's goals.
The panel will explore how registrar-led grading initiatives can reduce manual processes, improve turnaround time, and ensure grading curve compliance while eliminating bias.
