Parents and family members are students’ biggest advisors—and timely access to critical information can change outcomes.

Recent case studies show retention is 8%+ higher when parents receive regular progress updates. Our session alongside Jacksonville State University will focus on how they built a secure, FERPA-friendly family hub with tailored campus info and an online waiver request processes.

Attendees will learn how they vetted the solution, drove student/family adoption, reduced parent calls, and saved staff time.
