Registrar Study Abroad Journey
This session, presented in collaboration with Southern New Hampshire University and Oral Roberts University, will provide an overview of the study abroad process, including academic evaluation, course approvals, financial aid considerations, and housing logistics for students participating in semester or short-term programs. Presenters will highlight best practices, common challenges, and collaborative approaches between Study Abroad, Advising, and Student Financial Services to support students from initial interest through program completion.

First Learning Outcome: Identify the key steps in the study abroad process, from academic evaluation and course approval to financial aid, billing, and housing logistics.

Third Learning Outcome: Apply strategies and tools, including DocuSign, Perceptive Content, and placeholder credits, to streamline workflows and improve the student experience.
