Coming into a new role often means inheriting an office where trust has eroded and workflows are strained. This session will share strategies for how new leadership can reset the tone, rebuild collaboration, and use reorganization and process improvements to create a healthier culture. Attendees will walk away with practical ideas to turn a struggling environment into one where staff feel valued and supported.
