Do Not Let the Look Fool You

Have you and your experiences, knowledge, and abilities been discounted because you look too young or are of a non-preferred hue for the role and responsibilities that have been entrusted to you? Engage with a group of panelists and other colleagues as peers share their truths regarding how they had to be assertive in stance, lending of knowledge, as a leader, and etc., because people intentionally ignored them or would not give them a "seat at the table," simply due to appearance. You will leave feeling affirmed, strengthened, and validated that you do not need to be anyone else. You are enough.
