Boards Aren’t Just for Organizations – It’s Time You Built Your Own

Organizations rely on boards to provide accountability, guidance, and strategic direction. Why should you be any different? In this session, you’ll learn how creating a “personal board of directors” can help you stay focused, make better decisions, and accelerate your growth. After all, you are the organization, and thriving alone is nearly impossible. The session is for created today's leader at all career stages who wants understands the importance of accountability and constructive advice. Participants will map out their potential board members and draft a plan to engage them.
