From Manual to Automated: Transforming International Credential Evaluation
International credential evaluation is often a complex and time-consuming process. This session presents a practical solution that uses semi-automated Excel spreadsheets in combination with bulk Word document merging to optimize and streamline evaluation workflows, minimize errors, and improve overall efficiency.
Drawing on Lean Process Improvement principles (Womack & Jones, 2003) and Change Management theory (Kotter, 1996), presenters will demonstrate how automation not only reduces clerical errors but also increases staff capacity for higher-value qualitative tasks. Case example from a private online institution (MUST University).
