Roundtable: Behind the Curtain: Real Talk on Navigating Change

Change is inevitable, but rarely neat or easy. From shifting policies and evolving team dynamics to new software rollouts and rotating campus leadership, the path ahead can feel chaotic and uncertain.

In this candid, engaging session, three seasoned leaders of color pull back the curtain on navigating the messy middle of change. From tough decisions to unexpected detours, they will share lessons learned, strategies that worked, and moments that tested their resilience.

Join us for a conversation that’s honest, relatable, and full of practical insight. You will walk away knowing you are not alone, equipped with resources, and with time to ask your burning questions.
