Lead the Transformation or Watch It Happen: Building an AI Teammate Culture in Community College SEM

Wake Technical Community College's enrollment and student services teams are expanding their workforce with AI teammates as the newest members on the org chart. These teammates are reducing busywork, managing repetitive tasks and questions, and helping to create scalability for a college that serves 72,000 students annually in degree and non-degree offerings. Learn how Wake Tech's leaders are leading an AI-teammate transformation across departments with the goal of faster response times and staff members who can be more responsive to higher order needs.
