The Student Success Task Force uncovered data revealing a gap among first-generation and historically minoritized transfer students' persistence and graduation rates. In response, a cross-campus collaboration designed actionable, equity-driven strategies that reimagine the transfer student experience from onboarding through graduation. This session will share our process, from analyzing institutional and national data to building leadership buy-in and mobilizing staff and faculty across silos.
