Many institutions have a dedicated transfer position; but what does it mean, and how do you morph, into a position that focuses on credit and learning mobility? This session will include an exploration of job descriptions, titles, functions and more; and then lead into a conversation about how to refocus or expand the traditional transfer role into one that emphasizes credit and learning mobility.
