This session will discuss the findings from "If You Build It... A Multi-Institutional Case Study Analysis Exploring the Establishment of a Transfer Center at Four-Year Public Institutions." The research examined how institutions go through the decision-making process to establish or design a transfer center, specifically focusing on organizational support and structure. We will review the results of the study and explore the best practices and models that emerged from the data.
